Deed Research

Within the Advanced Search area, you are able to research property deed information in a number of different ways such as Tax Id, Owner Name, Deed Book, and Deed Page or from a range of dates.
 

Once you have found your subject property from your search, you are able to view the intelligent map, which is shown above with the subject property in blue.  You will notice that the owner and deed information about this property is below the map. 

Within the intelligent map, you can use your mouse to click on any adjacent property for details, in particular the deed information for this example.  Once inside the intelligent map, you are able to perform many viewing functions to aid your research.
 
 

Within the intelligent map, you are able to perform various measurements, co-ordinate readouts and view manipulations. Measurements can be performed in either miles or feet. You are also able to draw on the map using circles, rectangles, text and callouts.
